I hold a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Arts and am licensed in Personal Lines, Life, and Health insurance. Outside the office, I enjoy reading, working on puzzles, and racing BMX bikes. I started racing this year as another way to spend time with my son. I may be slow, but I finish the races!

As a Customer Service Coordinator, I help customers with payments, connect them with the right team member, and assist with claims questions. I bring more than 15 years of customer service experience and about a year in insurance to my role. I especially enjoy getting to know our customers and being a familiar, friendly voice when they call. Having spent much of my time helping customers navigate claims, I understand how overwhelming the process can feel and enjoy making it easier to understand. My goal is for every customer to feel heard, understood, and appreciated. I hold an insurance license and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. My husband’s career as a firefighter brought our family to Greenfield, and it quickly became the place we’re happy to call home. We have three children and spend plenty of time at the baseball fields, where my husband coaches and my son plays recreational and travel baseball. Life is busy, but I love cheering my son on and watching his enthusiasm for the game grow!
