"Never have any issues calling, emailing, or texting. They kill the customer service game, with their knowledge, friendly service, ability to work quickly, and overall flexibility with any situation. "I have had State Farm insurance for 56 years beginning when I received my drivers license at age 16. Later on in life we added homeowners insurance when we bought our first home. Being on a fixed income now, my premiums simply became unaffordable due to continual increases despite our perfect driving records. This forced me to seek out other quotes which, with exception of our classic car coverage, came in considerably under State Farm’s premiums for the exact same coverage. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful but we simply had to change companies."
