"Called to get a quote Friday morning for a home in Escrow and was told by Liz that she would have it by end of day Friday or Monday at the latest. Called them again at 2:30 Monday, with my husband present to get the quote and she was still working on it. My husband had a question, so i handed him the phone on speaker, and she proceeds to tell him that i "morbidly" asked for life insurance on him to cover finances if he were to pass away. Why she would state this, was very unprofessional! As an agent, you "should" be understanding to a homemaker, to have the "extra financial coverage," in the event, of my husband death. With him being the bread winner of our marriage, i would rather be prepared. (?) We called a few agencies Monday evening, four, to be exact and received hard quotes in our email within 30 minutes of calling for the quote. This isn't the first time this woman tried to insinuate a negative vibe to my husband. We were switched from Ben Eads office in Fortville and my husband drove over to Brooks office to be told by this Liz that i was controlling both my husbands and my life insurance policy and that she's never seen that before. I am not sure how or why that was stated because Ben Eads set both policies up with us individually and we paid our payment separately. Yes, i made calls to Ben regarding our renters insurance, and auto insurance, but never his life insurance. The intentions of Liz seems to be malicious and unappreciated. Very unprofessional! Watch your husband, ladies. I will be discussing this with board of ethics for Indiana. Very disappointing being with State Farm for 9 years and having to switch Insurance agencies."

"Was 5 Stars. Had to update my review. Tabitha did great getting me set up with great Auto insurance at a competitive rate. Thank you. Update: So I gave them five stars originally because they were kind when first setting up my auto policy. However, about a week later I get a message from State Farm saying that if I don't enroll in the safe driver program my rates are going to go up. I then reached out to Brooke Palmer's office and they told me that if I didn't enroll that my monthly rate was going to go up over $100. I don't remember the exact amount I want to say around $130. This was NOT told to me when I set up the policy at all. I mean you should have to tell somebody that when they first set up their policy. We're talking about a difference of over $1,300 annually. I mean what?? They are using deceptive business practices in my opinion. I then reached out several times after this to try and resolve the issue. They ignored me for 5 days. When I did finally receive a text from them (NOT A PHONE CALL AS REQUESTED) it read as follows: "Hi Michael, we have received your text and your email and have noted how we can do better. We appreciate you letting us know. What day should we put through the cancellation?" So instead of trying to resolve the issue with me and figure out how something like this could have ever happened, this was their answer?!?! That is really sad. In my line of work if I give somebody my word that's what it is. If I make a mistake I fix it beyond what most people normally would to ensure that I get to keep my client. Not this place! All they care about is making the rich richer and the mighty dollar! I highly discourage anybody from doing business with them. Let's fix our community together and we can get rid of businesses practicing deception. What they should have done was first apologized for giving me incorrect information. Whether it's because they intended to lie or because their staff is not trained properly doesn't matter. I left a good insurance company to come to them and all I got was lies. I reported them to the attorney general's office in Indianapolis, the better business bureau, and the states insurance department as well. Heck the owner of this establishment couldn't even give my wife and I a call to apologize or anything. Just terrible!"

"So I signed up with State Farm a few months back to save some money. Well my bill had went up 100 dollars for some reason. I was ready to switch to another company until I spoke with Stacey. She really investigated the issue and got it solved in one day and actually saved me some additional money. She was so helpful and kind! Something you just don’t see so much these days. "We have been State Farm customers since 1986. Over the years we have had a few minor car claims and one major storm claim. State Farm was easy to deal with during these times. The reason for that was personal assistance. When we call our agent, Brooke Palmer, we get Brooke Palmer or one of her very competent staff. Our questions or claims are handled with minimal stress. The other day I met with Kim Ivie regarding insurance prices rising. She answered my questions and helped me feel a little better. This is why we have been State Farm customers all these years, real people who will help when you have a real issue. Thank you."

"After the tragic loss of my wife i needed to shop around for cheaper insurance, I contacted the company i have been with for over 10 years! and their solution was to rate my rate. I was put in touch with Tabitha at State Farm. She was shocked to hear what i was paying, she helped explain to me my options, offered several different solutions and things I hadnt even thought of, she was a breath of fresh air and just what needed at that moment, people rarely listen to others and what they need, they typically just want to sell/upsell, i could tell right away that she genuinely cared. Tabitha was able to provide me more converage than i had previously and at a fraction of the cost. Im not kidding when i say it was over HALF the cost. I cant say enough good things about Tabitha. Excellent service. 10/10 would highly recommend."
